The demo below loads the UK build of Le Zeus from Hacksaw Gaming's demo server, with a £5,000 play balance and no account or deposit. Mystery Reveal, the respins and all three bonus rounds follow the rules of the paid game. UK mode adds limits of its own: stakes from £0.10 to £5.00 starting at £2.00, no autoplay, turbo or slam stop, at least 2.5 seconds per round and no buy button, so every bonus here comes from FS scatters.

The sheet keeps the game's own numbers apart from the settings of the UK version. RTP, grid, paylines and the 20,000x cap come from the maths and read the same at every casino, while the bet range and the buy menu depend on the jurisdiction. The RTP itself was calculated from 10,000,000,000 simulated rounds, so a single session can still finish well above or well below it.
Le Zeus leaves cluster pays behind and counts wins on 19 fixed lines, read from the leftmost reel across adjacent reels. Its extra layer is the Mystery symbol, a lightning-bolt tile that lands in vertical stacks and turns into something else once the reels stop. What it reveals decides whether the spin pays from line wins, from coins or from both. The six cards follow one spin from the first stack to the final payout.
Paylines
Matching symbols on one of 19 lines pay from the leftmost reel to the right.
Win ruleMystery Reveal
Stacks of Mystery symbols land on reels 2 to 5 and reveal high-paying symbols, Wilds or a Mystery Reel.
Base gameSticky respins
Revealed symbols that win turn back into sticky Mystery symbols and respin until nothing new pays.
After a winMystery Reels
A Mystery Reel spins in place and lands a Coin, Diamond, Clover or Pot of Gold on each of its positions.
Coin sourceClover multipliers
A Green Clover multiplies Coins and Pots next to it, a Gold Clover those anywhere on the grid.
x2 to x20Pots of Gold
Pots gather every Coin, Diamond and Pot on the grid, top to bottom and left to right.
Collector
Coins and Diamonds pay multiples of the stake, and the last column converts them at the £2.00 starting bet of the UK demo.
| Symbol | Possible values | In pounds at £2.00 |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze Coin | 0.2x, 0.5x, 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x | £0.40 to £8 |
| Silver Coin | 5x, 10x, 15x, 20x | £10 to £40 |
| Gold Coin | 25x, 50x, 100x | £50 to £200 |
| Diamond | 150x, 250x, 500x | £300 to £1,000 |
| Green Clover | x2, x3, x4, x5, x10, x20 on adjacent squares | Raises nearby values |
| Gold Clover | x2, x3, x4, x5, x10, x20 on the whole grid | Raises every value |
| Pot of Gold | Collects all Coins, Diamonds and Pots | Total of what it collects |
The order inside a Mystery Reel never changes. Coins and Diamonds show their values first, Clovers apply their multipliers next, and Pots of Gold collect last, from the top row down and from left to right. Every other position except the Pots then spins and activates again, so one reel can pay several rounds of values before the total is multiplied by the stake and the reel leaves the grid at the next spin.
Free spins start when FS scatters land together on a base-game spin, and the number of scatters picks the round. All three rounds give 8 free spins and keep the base-game mechanics, but each one changes how Mystery symbols behave. FS symbols cannot land once a bonus is running, so none of the rounds can be extended with extra scatters.
Bolt & Run
3 FS scatters → 8 free spins
Every Mystery symbol that lands stays sticky in its position until the round ends, so stacks build up from one spin to the next.
Myth-Taken Identity
4 FS scatters → 8 free spins
A Mystery Meter beside the grid counts every Mystery symbol. At 25 it awards a reward spin with a Mystery Reel on all 30 positions, then resets.
Gods Just Wanna Have Fun
5 FS scatters → 8 free spins
Plays like Bolt & Run, but reels 2 to 5 start full of Mystery symbols and low-paying symbols cannot land.
Where the jurisdiction allows it, Le Zeus has a buy menu with four options priced as multiples of the stake: two FeatureSpins that stay active until you switch them off, and two that start a bonus round at once. The UK version has no buy button, and the rules let a purchase exceed the normal bet limit elsewhere. Gods Just Wanna Have Fun is missing from the menu, so five scatters remain the only way to reach it.

Le Zeus is one of several Hacksaw Gaming slots whose names start with Le, and each builds its reveals in its own way. Le Bandit and Le Fisherman pay in clusters, while Le Zeus and Le Pharaoh use paylines. Le Cowboy upgrades coins with a revolver, and Le Pharaoh makes winning symbols sticky before a Rainbow turns their squares into coins.
The calculator turns the official numbers into pounds for a session you plan in advance, using the 14 UK stake levels and any number of spins.
Session calculator
A theoretical average over a very large number of spins, not a forecast of any single session.
At its default of 100 spins at £2.00 it shows £200 staked, £192.52 expected back at 96.26%, a theoretical loss of £7.48 and a £40,000 ceiling from the 20,000x cap. With volatility at 3 of 5, a medium setting, real sessions still swing widely around those averages. The buy prices in the results count only where a version has a buy menu, which the UK build does not.
Le Zeus pays on paylines. The 6x5 grid has 19 fixed lines, and a win needs matching symbols on adjacent reels starting from the leftmost one. Only the highest win per line is paid, and the Wild stands in for every symbol in the paytable. Prizes from Coins, Diamonds and Pots of Gold on Mystery Reels come on top of the line wins and are paid as multiples of the stake, not along a line.
In normal play Mystery symbols land only on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5, and they arrive in vertical stacks, so the first and last reels stay free of them. The bonus rounds change the picture. In Gods Just Wanna Have Fun reels 2 to 5 are already full of Mystery symbols when the first free spin starts, and during a reward spin in Myth-Taken Identity a Mystery Reel covers every one of the 30 positions.
A respin begins when revealed high-paying symbols or Wilds form part of a win. Those positions turn back into Mystery symbols, stay sticky and reveal again after the respin, which may pay new line wins. The sequence carries on for as long as the reveals keep producing new wins. It ends as soon as a reveal brings no new win, or when the Mystery symbols reveal a Mystery Reel, which then starts its own Coin and Pot cycle.
The meter appears only in Myth-Taken Identity, the round that four FS scatters start. Each Mystery symbol that lands adds one step, and 25 steps fill it. A full meter awards a reward spin after the current free spin, with a Mystery Reel on all 30 squares that reveals only Coins, Diamonds, Clovers and Pots of Gold. The meter then returns to zero and starts again, and it keeps doing so until the free spins run out.
Not with scatters. FS symbols cannot land in Bolt & Run, Myth-Taken Identity or Gods Just Wanna Have Fun, so the 8 free spins of each round cannot be extended by catching more of them. The only extra spins in Le Zeus are the reward spins of Myth-Taken Identity, which a full Mystery Meter awards after the free spin in which it filled up, with a Mystery Reel on every square.
Yes. The cap of 20,000 times the stake is available in every game mode, the base game included, and the rules say it can come from specific combinations, features or both. At the £5.00 top UK stake that ceiling equals £100,000. When the total win of a round reaches it, the game shows a max win message, ends the round at once and pays out, and any free spins still left are discarded.
The demo on this page runs in UK mode, and in that version Le Zeus offers neither Bonus Buy nor FeatureSpins. Buying is not available in every jurisdiction, the UK among them. Elsewhere the menu lists BonusHunt at 3x, Le God Mode at 50x, Bolt & Run at 80x and Myth-Taken Identity at 300x the stake. In the UK demo every bonus round therefore comes from FS scatters landing on a normal spin.
Switching from demo credits to a cash balance leaves the reels, the Mystery Reveal and the 20,000x cap exactly as they were. What changes is that every spin now costs money, so fix a deposit limit and a session length before the first one, and stop when either of them is reached.
The casinos at the top of this page list welcome offers for UK players. Check that Le Zeus is in the lobby before you deposit, and keep to the limits you set.
